In order to access your room at the Hotel, the check-in time established by law is until 4:00 p.m. If an arrival is expected after 6:00 p.m., it is necessary to contact the hotel directly (the telephone number can be found in the reservation).

What are the opening times of the dining room in our hotel?

Are drinks included in my booking?
Drinks in the restaurant are not included when on Half Board or Full Board options. Only house wine and water will be included in reservations with the over 60's rate (in the hotels where said rate is valid).
However, with the All Inclusive option, the drinks indicated in the general conditions of the same will be included (in hotels where this option is available).

Children's activities in the Hotel RH Casablanca
The activities that our hotel has available for the little ones are: water games, beach soccer, shooting games, ping-pong, arts & crafts, etc.
At night they will always have a mini disco, there will be a magic night for all audiences and a night with a monologist there will be other activities for our younger guests.
The miniclub carries out varied activities in the morning such as arts & crafts and games; and in the afternoon they usually make use of the playground.
One day a week (sometimes more) the children can enjoy the company of our mascot. As well as enjoying our Escape Room with all the family (confirm which day of the week with the hotel reception).

From what age can children be left alone? From 3 years old, children under 3 can take part as long as they're accompanied by their parents or guardians.
Where are these activities carried out? The meeting point is the café and from there our team will accompany the participants to the area where the activity will take place.
Do you have to sign up in advance? Only for the excursions and the escape room.
Are these activities free? All activities are free except the train excursions or the surray

How can I book parking in some of our hotels?
You can book the parking service in our hotels during the reservation process of the hotelesrh.com website. To do this you must indicate the number plate of your car.
The parking cancellation policy is free up to 24 hours before your arrival, after this period €20 will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Scooters are not allowed inside the hotel, nor is it permitted to charge or park them on the premises. Likewise, parking or charging scooters in the areas outside the hotel is also prohibited.

Do I have to add children or babies in the reservation?
Yes, it is necessary to add all the guests. By guest we understand all physical person that will be staying at the chosen hotel, be it adult, child or infant.
The hotel needs to have a prevision of the guests and ages of the occupants, as some room types won't fit an extra bed or cot.
When making a booking we consider children up to the age of 12 years included, after this, they are considered adults.

Can I stay in your hotel with my pet?
We are sorry, however, it is not possible to stay with a pet in our hotels, except in the Studios RH Vinaròs Playa. We will provide a pet kit consisting of a cage with a mat, food bowl, water bowl, welcome treats and a map of how to get to Playa Can in Vinaròs, Aiguaoliva.
The price for hosting your pet is €15 kit/day. (Please check with the hotel in the case of having a pet that exceeds 15 kilos).
